Care Options

We offer a variety of care arrangements to meet the changing needs of families, including:

• Permanent bookings for families requiring regular weekly care.

• Flexible care arrangements, where available, to support families whose schedules may vary.

• Casual care, subject to availability, for families needing occasional or additional days of care.

Our goal is to work with families to find the most suitable care arrangement while maintaining continuity for children and ensuring educator-to-child ratios are met.

Enrolment

Families are welcome to contact us to discuss their care needs, arrange a tour of our centre, and learn more about our educational program. 

Before your child's first day, we encourage families to share information about their child's routines, interests, health, culture, and individual needs. This helps us build strong relationships and ensure your child feels safe, secure, and welcomed from the very beginning.

Changing Your Care Arrangement

We understand that family circumstances can change. If you need to increase, reduce, or change your child's booked days, please speak with our management team. We will always do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.

Additional and Casual Days

​

Need an extra day? Families are welcome to request additional or casual days of care when needed. These bookings are subject to availability and staffing requirements, and we encourage families to contact us as early as possible to maximise the opportunity to secure a place.

Supporting Your Child's Transition

Starting early education is an important milestone, and we are committed to making the transition a positive experience for both children and families. We offer orientation visits to help children become familiar with their new environment, meet their educators, and begin building relationships before their first day.
