Our Philosophy

At Tiny Tribe we believe that the first five years of a child’s life are paramount to their future learning, development and well-being.

We strive to provide children with a safe, nurturing and homely environment that is rich in opportunities which open their world to new possibilities and inspire discovery and exploration through play.
Our aim is for children and their families to feel a sense of connection and belonging with our centre by working in partnership with families and showing respect for their values, culture and beliefs.
We encourage children to have a strong sense of identity as they become confident, capable and involved learners.

We are committed to creating and maintaining
a culture of child safety, wellbeing, and empowerment. We believe every child has
the right to feel safe, respected, and
valued at all times.
Our Philosophy is grounded in the understanding that children thrive when they
are cared for in environments that are nurturing, inclusive, and protective. We take a proactive approach to safeguarding children by embedding child safety into all aspects of our practice, relationships and decision-making.
We believe our educators are the heart of our service. We value their knowledge, dedication,
and passion for nurturing children's learning
and well being.
We are committed to creating a supportive and respectful workplace where educators feel appreciated, empowered, and inspired to grow.
Through collaboration, professional learning, and mutual respect, we recognise our educators as skilled professionals whose contributions are essential to the success of our community.
